Dr. Jamie Oshidar
Dr. Jamie Oshidar graduated from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2002 with an excellence in Endodontics Award. He went on to join the USAF under a Health Professions Scholarship Program. He was honorably discharged from the Air Force in 2005. In July of 2009, Dr. Oshidar purchased his first practice, where he began his long continuous journey as establishing himself as a leader and expert in Implant Dentistry.
"I’m a regular guy that happens to love and excel at implant dentistry, running a dental practice and teaching others what I’ve learned through the trials and tribulations of practicing dentistry. When I first bought my practice in July of 2009, I was headed directly for burn out. I had no implant skills, leadership skills or business knowledge. All I had was determination and ambition to succeed. I am living proof that that is all you need to get what you want in life. My teaching style comes from a place of humility because of my past experiences. I designed this program to help ethical doctors realize their vision while avoiding some the pitfalls I experienced in my career."

Dr. Ingy Alhelawe
Dr. Ingy Alhelawe graduated from The Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She then completed a General Practice Residency at the highly esteemed Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA with a sophisticated dental implant curriculum led by the nation's most respected general dentists, oral surgeons and periodontists.
Upon completing her training she met Dr. Jamie Oshidar and began an associateship at Roselle Park Dental where she was able to continue to strengthen her clinical implant skills. Dr. Ingy has teamed up with Dr. Oshidar to help provide young dentists with the same opportunities that she was given so that they have the ability to expand their clinical skills and find fulfillment in their careers.
"Whether or not you want to be doing surgery, it's important for dentists to give patients their surgical options when indicated; this program provides the tools to do just that. As I continue to develop my own career, I have simply helped Dr. Oshidar organize what he has mastered into a program that I truly believe is invaluable"
